Refund and Cancellation Policy

To ensure mutual understanding and trust, we have established clear guidelines for our refund and cancellation policy across all our services. 

Mobile App Development

Payments for mobile app development projects are divided into two milestones to facilitate the project’s smooth progression. Any payment or deposit made is non-refundable. Should the project be cancelled or delayed, all payments made will be retained by Aarna Digital Technologies. If additional work has been completed beyond what was covered by the already-made payments, clients will be billed for this additional work.

Before starting a project, we encourage clients to review our portfolio to understand the quality of our work fully. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before making a payment.

Generative AI Development

Payments for Generative AI development projects are also split into structured milestones. Any payment or deposit made is non-refundable. If the project is cancelled or postponed, Aarna Digital Technologies will retain all payments made. Additional fees may apply for work completed beyond the scope of the original payment plan.

We strongly suggest that clients review our previous work and contact us for any clarifications before making a payment to ensure satisfaction with our services.

Web Design and Development

Our custom web design and development projects are billed in stages based on project progress. All payments are non-refundable. A 30-day notice period is required for the cancellation of any service. If a project is cancelled or delayed, Aarna Digital Technologies retains all payments and may charge for work completed prior to cancellation.

Digital Marketing | SEO | PPC

Aarna Digital Technologies does not bind clients to long-term contracts for our digital marketing services. Any payment or deposit made after initiating our services is non-refundable. A 30-day notice period is required for the cancellation of any service. Following the cancellation notice, clients will not be billed for future service fees. However, past service fees are non-refundable.

Website and/or App Hosting

Payments made for past months of web/app hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts, once set up, commence billing and allocation of server resources based on the chosen plan, regardless of the account’s usage. Hosting accounts remain active until Aarna Digital Technologies receives a 30-day notice cancellation notice or until 15 days after a due payment remains unpaid.

If clients have prepaid for 6 or 12 months of hosting and cancel before the term ends, refunds may be issued for the remaining months. However, the value of any free products or services provided with the plan will be deducted from the refund amount.

Website Maintenance and/or App Maintenance

Payments for website and/or app maintenance services are non-refundable. Maintenance plans, once initiated, are billed and allocated based on the selected service package. These plans remain active until Aarna Digital Technologies receives a 30-day notice cancellation notice or until 15 days after a due payment remains unpaid.

If clients have prepaid for 6 or 12 months of maintenance services and decide to cancel before the term concludes, refunds may be issued for the remaining months. However, the value of any free products or services provided as part of the maintenance plan will be deducted from the refund amount.

Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute issued by a client’s credit card company or bank, services and/or projects will be suspended immediately without notice. Any chargeback fees and outstanding balances incurred due to the dispute must be settled in full before services are restored, files delivered, or any subsequent work is performed.

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues instead of initiating a chargeback, as it may be considered fraud and will be contested.
